Overview of Vertical Cartoning Machine

Shuoma Vertical Rotary Cartoning Machine adopts a multi-station rotary table structure, integrating functions of automatic carton opening, flap folding & sealing, and finished product output. The machine supports both fully automatic filling by optional automatic feeding module and manual filling to meet diverse working conditions.

Developed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises, it is equipped with a quick carton adjustment mechanism for fast format changeover. Functional modules can be flexibly selected according to production requirements, delivering strong expandability. Featuring stable operation and small footprint, the machine is widely applicable to cartoning of small-sized products including daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, health care products and small industrial goods. It can run as a standalone unit or connect to upstream production lines. The carton width and depth can be adjusted by tuning the lotus coupling synchronous mechanism through locking holes.
